Reporting to the Associate Director of Upward Bound programs, the Project Advisor is responsible for assisting with the administration, implementation and continuation of the U.S. Department of Education funded Upward Bound Roanoke City/ TRIO project. This project is dedicated to preparing high school students in Roanoke City, Virginia to pursue post secondary education.
