Assembler Associate needed for a contract to hire opportunity with SOC's client to work in Forest, VA.

Responsibilities:

Responsibilities:
- Responsible for performing a wide variety of electronic or electro-mechanical assembly operations which may include skilled hand work or utilizing automated production equipment.
- Comprehends and interprets a variety of technical specifications, terms and documents.
- Determines and/or follows methods and sequence of operations in performing wiring, component installation, hand soldering and cable harnessing on assembly units. Makes setups and adjustments holding tolerances to blueprint specifications.
- Requires fully proficient job knowledge/skills.
- Requires a High School Diploma or equivalent and a minimum of 6 years of prior relevant experience or 2 years post-Secondary/Associates Degree with a minimum of 2 years of prior related experience.
- Must be able to solder micro electronic components.
