WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING | THE ROLE- Top-Notch Sales Representative- Home Improvement:
Are you a confident, take-charge person looking to join a successful team?
Our company is growing, so we’re looking to add a sales professional in the Roanoke, VA area who’s looking for a work environment that’s less about corporate process and more about enhancing the customer experience, making sales goals and having fun in the process! Our average consultant earns $140k - $160k/yr.
JOB RESPONSIBILITES:
Effectively communicate our value during in-home product demonstrations Homeowners can generally schedule appointments 7 days per week at 10am, 2pm, or 6 pm.
Measuring windows & doors, analyzing the home improvement project and answering construction related questions
Following up on quotes and completed jobs and making follow up calls on past customers, managing notes on customer interactions
Seeking out referrals from customers and community contacts and track and monitor performance against quotas
Communicating job details to team members.
REQUIRED SKILLS:
3+ years experience in outside sales
Ability to think critically and solve problems
Self-starter, motivated to succeed
An interest in home improvement, remodeling
Comfortability using an iPad for presenting and utilizing company CRM
Excellent communication skills, professional mannerism, and diligent follow through.

This position is a FULL COMISSION position after 8 weeks of salary for your training period. your first eight weeks is considered a training period. Your weekly salary will consist of gradual increases every 2 weeks. Week 1-2 you will be compensated $500.00 per week. Week 3-4 you will be compensated $600.00 per week. Weeks 5-6 you will be compensated $700.00. Weeks 7-8 you will be compensated $800.00 per week.
As a full-time Design Consultant after 8 weeks, you will be switched to a compensation package that consist of commission only. This will give you an opportunity to maximize your earnings in an uncapped commission capacity. PLEASE NOTE, THE RANGE ANNOTATED IS NOT A GUARANTEED SALARY RANGE; RATHER AVERAGES IN COMMISSION EARNINGS BY CURRENT EMPLOYEES.
