Job Description
How You'll Help Transform Healthcare:


Increases the efficiency and effectiveness of the Carillion's engineering and maintenance function through development of metrics, analysis of data and the execution of improvement projects.

  • Analyzes TMA and other data sources to identify operational issues and long term needs. Develops Project Improvement dashboards based upon the PI indicators outlined in the EOC management plans. Assist with energy management tasks and upkeep of utilities dashboard in Portfolio Managers.
  • Assists managers in interpreting reports and developing regulator action plans. Assists with upkeep of records located in GORPM software.
  • Develops tools to track and maintain regulatory compliance requirements. Assist with Risk Assessments of critical components to the utility inventory.
  • Uses data to identify productivity improvements and implementation. Consults on methods improvements.
  • May supervise special projects or serve as substitute maintenance lead. Plans and coordinates large scale projects.
  • Develops and maintains maintenance master record of inspections and updates equipment schematics and drawings.
  • Supports life safety activities and may coordinate system wide projects. Coordinates with Regional Architect for to develop CMS drawings.
  • Provides data support and analysis for capital and operational projects.
What We Require:


Education: B.S. in engineering, business, or related field, or an associate's degree and two years of maintenance planning and analysis experience.

Experience: Two years' experienceproject research and analysis required. Experience work with order control and maintenance databases preferred.

Other Minimum Qualifications: Healthcare facilities experience highly desirable. Ability to lead projects and promote teamwork. Ability to develop presentations and clear reports. Skills with Microsoft Office and other databases and reporting software.
