POSITION TITLE: Deposit Operations Maintenance Review Specialist
FLSA STATUS: Non-Exempt

SUMMARY:
The Deposit Operations Maintenance Review Specialist is responsible for the daily review process of all Person, Organization, and deposit account maintenance, utilizing all tools and systems applications as needed. This position will assist in the possible reduction of risk, fees and/or fines to the Bank, by monitoring data for accuracy or missing information.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
* Responsible for completing maintenance review verification on Persons, Organizations and deposit accounts for applications Demand Deposit Account (DDA), Certificate of Deposit (COD), and Savings (SAV) applications and maintains exception logs
* Responsible for reporting violations for correction
* Ensures proper standards are followed by verification of daily deposit document review
* Answers calls from the branches
* Communicates with other areas within the department and branches relating to processing of primary duties
* Provides support to other areas within the department as needed
* Responsible to provide back up to Dormant Account Review

JOB REQUIREMENTS:
* High school diploma or equivalence required
* Prior experience in banking preferred

KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS REQUIRED:
* Working knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel
* Professional demeanor with excellent verbal and written communication skills
* High level of attention to detail, with strong problem solving & organizational skills
* Excellent customer service skills
* Ability to perform effectively in fast-paced environment
* Must be able to think analytically
* Experience with data entry is required
* Must be able to work well with others
* Must be able to make decisions and solve problems

PHYSICAL AND MENTAL QUALIFICATIONS:
* Standing, walking, bending and stooping required
* Must be able to sit at a desk for long periods of time and use a computer
* Must be able to occasionally move or lift up to 10 pounds
* May be asked to work supplemental hours periodically
* Limited travel required occasionally during and after business hours
