Job Summary:
Reporting to the Dean, this position serves as the recruiter for the Trudy Busch Valentine School of Nursing's Graduate Program at Saint Louis University; manages prospective student inquiries, performs duties associated with recruiting prospective students; assists prospective students with admission concerns; assists dean in all facets of student recruitment and retention.
Job Duties:
This position is responsible for the development, supervision, and coordination of all activities, both on- and off-campus, related to the recruitment and enrollment of new graduate and international students
Develops effective program specific recruitment strategies to identify high-quality, diverse applicant pools
Plan, coordinate, and schedule campus visits for prospective students as well as larger-scale recruitment events
Advises and counsels prospective students regarding financial aid and academic concerns.
Assist with the design and maintenance of the social media presence to effectively recruit graduate and international students; assists with production of publications
Maintains student databases and related files; analyzes national recruiting best practices to assist in the development of promotional and recruitment materials as well as web-based marketing initiatives and digital marketing strategies; maintains financial aid source information.
Analyze recruitment and enrollment data to assess the effectiveness of recruiting strategies
Maintains solid rapport and working relationship with various administrative and academic University departments to promote the School's Graduate Program
Represent the School at recruitment events on and off campus as necessary
Performs other duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications:
Education and experience equivalent to:
Bachelors degree in related field; supplemented with one (1) year of
related work experience.
Preferred Qualifications:
SLATE experience preferred.
